Unfortunately, it won’t. The Garmin Venu X1 requires a 24mm and this one is 20mm. You can find 24mm straps here

This watch strap is beautiful and very comfortable. It was a breeze to install on my CASIO Wave Ceptor model WV-59R-1AJF. For my taste, this is a big, big improvement over the stock plastic band that came with the watch.
